摘要
目的 观察治疗量红霉素与山莨菪碱合用对小鼠和兔胃肠运动的影响。方法 采用整体实验研究治疗量红霉素与山莨菪碱合用对小鼠胃排空和肠内容物推进的影响 ;采用离体方法研究红霉素对兔回肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响以及山莨菪碱对红霉素作用的影响。结果 与对照组比较 ,红霉素单用明显减慢小鼠的胃排空和肠内容物推进 ,与山莨菪碱合用时小鼠的肠内容物推进进一步减慢 ;离体试验结果表明 ,红霉素 5× 10 -6 ~ 5× 10 -5mol·L-1可引起兔回肠平滑肌与浓度相关的收缩活动增强 ,该作用不受山莨菪碱影响。结论 与单用红霉素比较 ,治疗量红霉素与山莨菪碱合用可进一步减慢小鼠肠内容物推进 ;红霉素明显增强兔离体回肠平滑肌的收缩活动 。
