反复性呼吸道感染患儿头发中微量元素含量及淋巴细胞亚群的检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的 了解反复性呼吸道感染 (RRI)患儿头发中微量元素含量及外周血淋巴细胞亚群状况。方法 采用原子吸收分光光度法检测头发中微量元素的含量 ,流式细胞仪检测外周血淋巴细胞亚群。结果 RRI患儿头发中钙和锌元素的含量明显低于对照组 ,两组之间的差别均具有显著性的意义 (均P <0 0 5 ) ,RRI组镁、铁、铜、钠、锰、钾和铅的含量与对照组之间的差别无显著性的意义 (均P >0 0 5 ) ;RRI组外周血中CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD4 + /CD8+ 、CD16 + CD56 + 的比例均明显低于对照组 (均P <0 0 5 ) ,RRI患者外周血中CD3 + CD8+ 和CD3 CD19+ 细胞的比例与对照组之间的差别无显著性的意义 (均P >0 0 5 )。结论 RRI患儿头发中钙和锌的含量降低 ,患儿外周血淋巴细胞亚群的失调 ,临床治疗须提高RRI患者的免疫功能 。 Objective: To investigate trace elements of hair conent patients with recurrent respiratory infection (RRI) and their lymohocyte subpopulations Methods: Atomic absorption spectrometer was used to monitor the content of trace elements in hair Flow cytometer was used to test lymphocyte subpopulations Results: The contents of Ca and Zn in RRI patients' hair were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0 05) The contents of Mg, Fe, Cu, Mn, K and Pb of RRI patients were not obviously different from those of the control (P>0 05) Levels of CD 3 + T- cells, CD 4 + T- cells, CD 4 +/CD 3 + T cell ratio and CD 16 +CD 56 +T- cell (NK cell) was lower significantly than that of the control (P<0 05) But the levels of CD 4 +T- cell and CD 3-CD 19 + T- cell (B cell) had no obvious difference between RRI patients and the control (P>0 05) Conclusion: The content of Ca and Zn is lower in RRI patients' hair, and their peripheral blood lymphocyte subpopulations are maladjusted So we should improve their immune function during clinical therapy Furthermore, supplementing Ca and Zn properly may be useful to prevent and cure RRI
