134例肝脓肿超声显象分期探讨

Study of ultrasound stages of hepatic abscess

目的 探讨不同时期肝脓肿的声像图特点。方法 分析 13 4例肝脓肿病人的超声显象资料 ,就其声像图特点进行分期。结果 依据炎症的病理过程和声像图改变 ,将肝脓肿分为五期 ,即早期、进展期、液化期、稳定期和恢复期。病人就诊时大多数为进展期和液化期。结论 超声检查是诊断肝脓肿的重要方法 ,并可对其进行超声分期 。

Objective: To evaluate the ultrasound features of hepatic abscess in different periods Methods: One hundred and thirty-four patients with hepatic abscess were examined with B-mode ultrasound and the pictures were recorded and analyzed Results: According to the pathologic process and the ultrasonic manifestation, the ultrasound stages of hepatic abscess fell into five different periods including early period, progressive period, liquidation period, stable period, convalescence period Most of the patients were examined by ultrasound in progressive period and liquidation period when they were referred to the Department of Ultrasound Conclusion: Ultrasound examination is not only an important method in diagnosing hepatic abscess but also can separate the different periods so as to give guidance to clinical therapy
