糖尿病病程对神经并发症影响的研究

Effect of the course of diabetes on the diabetic neuropathy

目的 探讨病程与糖尿病神经并发症之间的关系。方法 按病程分组 ,进行了体感诱发电位检测 ,观察不同病程组糖尿病神经病变的发生率。结果 糖尿病神经病变的发生率为 78% :患者病程越长 ,神经病变的发生率越高 (组间比较P <0 0 0 1)。

Objective: To study the relationship between the course of diabetes and the diabetic neuropathy Methods: The diabetic neuropathy was examined by the method of somatosensory evoked potential in the every course of the groups Results: The incidence rate of the diabetic neuropathy was 78% The longer the course of diabetes was, the higher the incidence rate of the diabetes neuropathy was(P<0 001) Conclusion: There is close relationship between the course of diabetes mellitus and diabetic neuropthy
