脑出血、脑血栓病发生与血胆固醇、甘油三脂及高密度脂蛋白水平的相关研究

Correlative research on blood lipid level in patients with cerebrovascular diseases

目的 研究脑出血、脑血栓病的发生与血中胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三脂 (TG)及高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)水平的关系。方法 采用试剂盒检测 43名脑梗塞、42名脑出血患者血脂 ,并与对照组比较。结果 脑梗塞组TC、TG明显升高 ,HDL明显降低 ;脑出血组TC、TG亦明显升高 ,HDL明显降低。

Objective: To study the correlation between the blood lipid level of total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL) and cerebrovascular diseases Methods: The blood lipid level of 43 patients with cerebral infarction, 42 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were determined by reagent kit Results: High leverls of TC and TG were found both in patients with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage but low levels of HDL in patients both with cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage Conclusion: The research suggests that the abnormal level of blood lipid is one of the important risk factors for cerebrovascular diseases
