摘要
目的 通过对观察双相型情感性精神障碍 (RCBD)患者 ,分析其临床症状 ,探讨并实施对RCBD患者的护理措施。方法 躁狂和抑郁不同时期 ,对病人采取的不同护理措施及心理护理。结论 RCBD是临床上非常多见的一种疾病 ,精神症状丰富多彩 ,治疗非常困难 ,采取不同的护理措施 。
Objective: To analyze clinical symptoms of RCBD patients to implement proper nursing for RCBD patients. Methods: Different clinical and psychological nursings were implemented to mania and depression periods. Conclusion: RCBD is a common disease with various mental disorders, and is hard to cure. Remarkable clinical effect on RCBD can be achieved if pertinent nursing is carried out.
