摘要
本文报导了一种新的单根碳纤维电极制作方法、将碳纤维用碳粉导电胶直接粘接在铜导线上,制成供常规分析和活体及微区分析用的新型塑管和玻管电极,步骤简单而省时.作者同时用实验证实了该种碳纤维电极在循环伏安法、计时安培法和溶出伏安法中具有优越的分析性能.
A new method for constructing microcylinder carbon fiber electrodes has been reported. A carbon fiber is adhered on metal rod directly to prepare plastic tube or glass capillary microelectrode, which is used for routine and vivo analysis. Advantages of these electrodes in electrochemical analysis have been investigated by means of cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and stripping voltammetry.
