低强度He-Ne激光血管内照射对银屑病患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

Effects of Intravascular Low Level Laser Irradiation Therapy on T Lymphocyte Subpopulations in Patients with Psoriasis

目的 评价低强度He Ne激光血管内照射 (ILLLI)对银屑病患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 寻常型银屑病患者 176例 ,随机分为ILLLI+外用卡泊三淳联合治疗组 ( 86例 )和外用卡泊三淳对照组 ( 90例 )。联合组用低强度He Ne激光血管内照射 ,激光波长 63 2 8nm ,功率 3 5mW ,每次照射 60min ,每日 1次 ,连续 10次为 1个疗程 ,间隔 1周进行第 2个疗程。分别在治疗前 7d和治疗后 1个月检测外周血T淋巴细胞。结果 治疗前两组患者血CD+4 、CD+4 CD+8比值均低于正常 ,CD+8则高于正常。治疗后 1个月 ,联合治疗组患者的CD+4 、CD+4 CD+8比值均明显升高 ,对照组患者无明显变化。

Objective To elevate the effect of intravascular low level laser irradiation (ILLLI) on T cell subpopulations in patients with psoriasis. Methods There were 176 cases of psoriasis patients, 86 patients treated with ILLLI(wave length 632.8 nm, power 3.5 mW, once daily for 60 minutes, 10 times for one treatment, 7 days later began the second treatment) and topically used calcipotriol; 90 patients only topically used calcipotriol. Two groups were all with psoriasis vulgaris and the sex, age and, disease conditions(psoriasis area and severity index, PASI) were comparable. T cell subpopulations in the peripheral blood were examined before treatment and one month after treatment. Results It was found that CD + 4 and CD + 4/CD + 8 were apparently declined(P<0.01) and CD 8 + was prominently increased (P<0.01)in both groups before treatment. After treatment CD + 4 and CD + 4/CD + 8 were apparently increased, but no change was seen in the control group. Conclusions The ILLLI may exert a modulating effect on T lymphocyte subpopulations in psoriasis patients.
