摘要
在低速大尺寸轴流压气机实验装置上,详细测量了压气机在下游有、无吊架以及不同吊架情况下设计和近失速状态的流场,并用一种CFD软件进行了数值模拟,计算结果与实验吻合较好。实验和计算的结果指出,下游吊架造成的流量沿周向不均匀分布是下游吊架对压气机效率和稳定性影响的主要原因。初步数值模拟结果显示出适当改变出口导叶安装角,可以有效地减弱下游吊架对流场的影响。
Flow fields in a lowspeed largescale axial compressor were measured with and without pylon in design condition and near stall condition.The 2D calculations showed good agreement with the experiment results.The measurement and calculation results show that the flow circumferential nonuniformity caused by the pylon is the main reason influencing the efficiency and stall margin.2D numerical simulation for restaggered vane has been performed,and preliminary results indicate that proper restaggering of vane can reduce the effect of pylon on the flow field.
