摘要
利用铁、铝与邻苯二酚紫 (PCV)形成的络合物的最大吸收波长相差 30nm的光谱性质 ,建立了同时测定铁和铝的双波长分光光度法 ,并对络合物的形成条件及相互干扰情况进行研究 ,方法用于灌木饲料样品中铁和铝测定。
The difference of maximum absorption between Fe-PCV and Al-PCV complexes was 30 nm. Based on this, a method of dual-wavelength spectrophotometry for simultaneous determination of Al and Fe was establised. The suitable reaction condition and interference were studied. The method was used to determine the amount of Fe and Al in bush feed samples with satisfactory results.
