摘要
用动力学光度法研究了仿生理条件下 ( 4S ,5R) 2 ( 4 氯苯基 ) 3,4 二甲基 5 苯基口恶唑烷的水解反应。证实了该口恶唑烷的水解为一级反应 ,水解半衰期1 6.5min ,水解反应速率与缓冲溶液pH以及反应温度紧密相关。从而建立了动力学光度法测定微量口恶唑烷的水解反应新方法。
The kinetics of hydrolysis of the (4S,5R)-2(4-chlorophenyl)-3,4-dimethyl -5-phenyl oxazolidine was studied under the condition of 37 ℃, pH 7.4 and ionic strength 0.4. The oxazolidine was found to undergo first order reaction .The half-life of hydrolysis was 16.5 min, and the hydrolysis rate was depended strongly on pH and temperature of the reaction. A new method for determining the hydrolysis of trace oxazolidine from ephedrine was established.
