摘要
设计了一种包含两级 Stewart平台构型的大型球面射电望远镜馈源精调试验平台 ,该平台具有位姿实时测量和跟踪定位功能。文中详细讨论了试验平台运动学正逆解的求解方法 ,并按照几何约束条件验证了它的工作空间 ,这些工作可为大射电望远镜馈源支撑系统的结构优化设计提供有益的依据。
A new test platform consisted of two layers of Stewart platform was presented in this paper. The platform was developed for the pre research of feed fine tuning of large radio telescope. The main advantages of this test platform, compared with a typical Stewart platform, are the capabilities of real time measuring, tracing and locating. In this paper the design of the mechanism was introduced in detail firstly. Then the forward and inverse kinematics problems of the test platform were analyzed. Furthermore, the required workspace of the test platform was testified to be assured according to geometric constraints. The computer simulation result of the workspace was also obtained, and it will be used in the optimal design of large radio telescope in the future.
