摘要
对于机械产品来说 ,同样的功能要求可以由不同的传动方案实现 ,而传动方案又是由若干个传动机构组合而成的。对于某个具体的传动方案 ,尽管在其由功能要求逐步生成的过程中可以依次优化选择每一个传动机构 ,但最终的整体传动方案未必是最优的。本文提出了发散式设计思路 ,即在由功能要求依次匹配机构时采用多个机构 ,每个机构将代表一个传动路线 ,这样最终可得到多个整体传动方案 ,再对这些传动方案进行综合评价 ,从中选择最好的。实例证明 ,本文所提出的设计思想是可行的 。
The same function can be achieved by different transmission project for a mechanical product. Each transmission chain is composed of several mechanisms. For a idiographic project, although we can select transmission mechanisms in turn, but the final project may not be the best one. This paper puts forward emanative design style, in each process of function structure mapping we select several mechanisms, each mechanisms represents a transmission line. Finally, we will get a number of transmission project from which the best project can be selected synthetically. Application result shows that the design idea is feasible and the appraisement result in a lot of projects has higher reliability.
