摘要
十字滑块压缩机是一种新型无连杆往复压缩机 ,在我国尚属空白。本文针对十字滑块压缩机开发中存在的问题 ,提出采用偏心轮机构来代替十字滑块机构的设想 ,并分析了这两种运动转换机构的动力特性 ,给出了偏心轮机构用于压缩机中的结构方案。分析结果表明 ,上述设想是可行的。
The quadro flex compressor is a new type of non linkage reciprocating compressor and to our best knowledge, there is still no such compressor in China. To solve the problems in the development of this compressor, a new idea of adopting eccentric mechanism to replace scotch yoke is proposed. The dynamic characteristic of these mechanisms is analyzed and a structure scheme of eccentric mechanism used in the compressor is given. Theoretical results show that the idea is feasible.
