摘要
对挤压铸造汽车空压机铝合金连杆进行了较全面的试验研究。包括挤压铸造工艺参数和模具结构参数的选择 ,连杆用铝合金材料的选配及性能试验 ,连杆的台架试验等 ;结果表明 ,挤压铸造铝合金连杆完全可替代钢质连杆。
We carried out extensive experiments and research on extrusion casting aluminium piston rods for truck air compressors, including the choice of parameters of extrusion casting technology and mould structure, the selection of aluminium alloys for the rods and the test for their properties, and the experiment in test equipments and practical truck operation with the roads. The testing results show that the extrusion casting aluminium piston rods can replace steel piston rods. Finally, the optimal production plan is determined.
