A Strategy for Automatically Distributing Tasks Based on BOM

BOM(物料清单 )可以描述产品的结构关系 ,Petri Net模型是一种良好的过程建模工具。本文提出了一种通过 BOM向 Petri Net的映射 ,实现产品结构视图向过程视图的转化的方法。根据该过程视图的结果 ,生成作业排序计划的甘特图 。

It is well known that BOM (bill of material) can be used to describe the physical or abstract product structure, while Petri nets can be used in workflow modeling. This paper focuses on the connection between these two models, and describes a technique with which the product structure model can be mapped to a process model. After that, the tasks scheduling planning could be automatically generated. With the planning, the following tasks involved in the product lifecycle may be distributed and assigned to the right person and the right place or group at the right time.
