Shopping mall在欧美发达国家是一个成熟的业态,是各国经济发展到特定阶段后出现的商业高端集聚形式,在中国,在北京仍处于起步阶段。从北京现行社会条件和商业结构、水平看,北京已具备了有限度发展Shopping mall的基本条件。贯彻了新理念,具有新文化的Shopping mall将演绎北京商业新的境界。
Shopping Mall is a mature format in European developed country and is a gatheringcommerce with economy development of other countries. But it is a new format in Beijing, China.Beijing has the basic condition to develop Shopping Mall in social condition, commerce structure andcommerce level. Shopping Mall with new concept and new culture will give Beijing commerce a newconcept.
