摘要
论述了精锻汽车差速器行星齿轮原模具结构存在的问题 ,设计了行星齿轮精锻新工艺和新型锻模结构,使模具寿命和生产效率显著提高 。
The problems existing in the former structure of the precision forging die for the planet gear of the auto differential were stated.A new precision forging process for the planet gear and the structure of a new forging die were designed,which greatly extended the die life,increased the production efficiency and decreased the material consumption.
