摘要
目前现有的电动调节阀控制装置存在控制手段落后 ,机械传动机构多 ,结构复杂 ,可靠性差 ,不便和计算机联网等问题。本文提出一种新型电动调节阀控制装置的设计方案 ,该调节阀集常规仪表的检测、控制、执行和调节等作用于一身 ,具有智能化的控制、显示、诊断、保护和通讯功能的系统。现场运行情况表明 ,该电动调节阀具有动作快。
The current electric valve has problems with outdate control method, multi-mechanism of mechanical transmission, poor reliability and inconvenient communication with computer. This paper presents a new design scheme of electric valve. This apparatus integates inspection?controlment?actuation and regulation of common electric valve. It has advantages such as intelligent controlment, display, detection and communication. Information on spot indicates the electric valve has the merits of fast reaction, perfect protection and easy communication with computer.
