摘要 凝固过程中的晶粒组织直接影响材料的高温力学性能和耐腐蚀性能,对金属凝固时晶粒组织的形成机理和控制方法的研究非常重要,以航空用镍基高温合金叶片为例,对其在凝固过程中微观组织形成过程的计算机模拟的最新进展作了较详细的介绍。 It is very important to study metal forming theory and the control method in casting due to significant effect of grain structure on mechanical properties and resistance to corrosion. As an example, the newest progress of the microstructure transformation process computer simulation of a super alloy turbine blade used in aeroengine is introduced in detail.
