摘要
对GCr15轴承钢球/平面接触方式,在倾角分别为30°和45°进行复合微动磨损试验。分析了该微动接触条件下的动力学特性;利用光学显微镜、轮廓仪和扫描电子显微镜对磨痕进行了分析,根据复合微动运行的三个阶段,提出了GCr15钢的复合微动磨损的物理模型。
The composite fretting tests with GCr15/ GCr15 ballonflat contact have been carried out under the oblique angles of 30° and 45°.The dynamic characteristics of composite fretting tests were analyzed in detail. The wear scars were observed by optical microscopy, profilometer, and scanning electronic microscopy. A physical model of the wear of composite fretting was presented according to the three stages of its wear process.
