摘要
分析了军用重载车辆传动系密封装置的密封现状,针对现状模拟实际工况进行了填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)材料配方摩擦、磨损筛选试验,阐述了填充PTFE密封环在军用车辆传动系密封装置中的应用。
The present condition of sealing on the seal device of transmission system of military heavily loaded vehicles was analyzed. The friction and wear property of the formula of packing material PTFE were measured. The application of the packing material PTFE to the seal devices of transmission system is described in this paper.
