摘要 增强体涂层处理是目前国内外改善金属 /陶瓷界面润湿性的最有效手段之一。综述了涂层影响Al/SiC界面和Al/Al2 O3 界面润湿性的研究现状。着重分析了金属涂层、陶瓷涂层对Al/SiC界面和Al/Al2 O3 界面润湿性的影响。 Reinforcement coating is one of the most effective methods to enhance wettability of metal/ceramic interface home and aboard. Present research status of effects of the coating on the wettability of Al/SiC and Al/Al 2O 3 interfaces was surveyed. The effects of metallic coating and ceramic coating on the wettability of Al/SiC and Al/ Al 2O 3 interface were emphasized.. The problems presented in research and developing tendency were approached
