半固态流变成形通用性能试样模具设计 被引量:13

General Mould Design for Testing Sample in the Semi-solid Rheoforming

摘要 针对半固态流变成形中存在液相偏析、显微疏松、充型不完整及夹渣等常见缺陷 ,详细研究并优化了压室尺寸与结构、料饼、浇道及其集渣、排气系统 ,并据此设计了一套材料性能试样半固态流变成形通用模具。该模具可用于各种常用合金的拉伸、冲击、疲劳、断裂韧性、摩擦磨损等多种性能试样的半固态流变成形。试验结果表明 ,经该模具挤铸出的试件 ,成品率达 98%以上 ,加工余量小于 3mm ,尺寸公差等级可达IT9,表面粗糙度Ra≤ 6.3 μm。 Aimed to the defects of liquid phase segregation, microporosity, misrun and dross revealed in semi solid rheoforming, the size and structure of chamber, billet, gate runner, bob and gas release system were optimized and studied in detail. Based on mentioned above study, a set of general mould for testing sample in semi solid rheoforming was designed. The mould can be used for various conventional alloy testing samples in semi solid rheoforming, including tensile, impact, fatigue, fracture toughness, abrasive wear behaviors. Sound casting yield with allowance less than 3 mm,tolerance IT9 and roughness less than 6.3μm Ra value in the mould in squeezing casting can reach over 98%. It is indicated that the machined sample manufactured in the mould can actually reflect the features of products in semi solid rheoforming.
