摘要 试验研究了反重力浇注条件下 ,铝合金消失模真空低压铸造的充型流动特性。通过采用电极触点法测定不同条件 (真空度、浇注温度、内浇道面积 )下铝合金液体流动前沿的变化规律 ,获得了不同条件下液态ZL10 1的充型等时曲线 ;分析了影响铝合金消失模真空低压铸造充型形态的主要因素。 Mold filling characteristics of Al alloy in vacuum lost foam low pressure casting (VLFLPC) under counter gravity condition were examined. A variety of the regulations along with the flowing front of ZL101 Al melt and the corresponding filling is time curves in the VLFLPC at various conditions, including vacuum rate, pouring temperature, in gate area, were made with electrode touching dot method. The effects of key factors on filling behaviors of liquid Al alloy in the VLFLPC were analyzed.
