摘要
通过在铝液质量检测系统中使用的真空密封材料的效果表明 ,柔性石墨材料在 80 0℃高温条件工作 ,化学稳定性良好 ,不污染铝液 ,密封性和使用性能完全满足铝液检测的要求。系统处于真空条件下 ,柔性石墨的氧化不明显 ,非密封端面则不影响系统的密封性。
The effects of vacuum sealing materials used in measuring system for the detection of liquid aluminum quality show that soft graphite has good chemical stability and no pollution for liquid aluminum at elevated temperature. Sealing and performance behaviors of the material can fully meet the measuring requirement for liquid aluminum. The soft graphite can be considered as an ideal vacuum thermal sealing material .
