住院病人常规体温测量最适时间研究

The most suitable time to measure the body temperature for inpatients

目的 探索住院病人传统探热时间与其他探热时间测定的体温差别 ,以及住院病人和护理人员认为最佳的探热时间选择。方法 对中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院内外科住院病人和护理人员进行问卷调查。资料在Excel建库 ,并用SAS 6 12进行统计学分析。结果 (1)传统探热时间 (14 :0 0 - 14 :30 )测得的体温与其他时间段测得的体温间的差别无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ;(2 )病人和护理人员选择的最适探热时间具有“趋同性” ,均喜欢在 13点之前 ;(3)传统探热时间既不受住院病人、也不受护理人员的欢迎。结论 各科室可根据需要 ,选择在 13点以前作为病人的常规探热时间 ,使之既方便工作安排 。

Objective To find the variation of the body temperatures of inpatients taken at the conventional times and the others as well as the choices from the patients and nurses.Methods Inpatients and nurses in the hospital wards were required to finish a questionnaire to express their consideration about the body temperature taking time.The database was set by Excel and analyzed by SAS 6 12.Results The body temperatures taken at different times a day were not significantly different.The conventional time (14:00～14:30) to take the body temperature was neither welcomed by the patients nor by the nurses.They all like to do it before 13:00.Conclusion In order not to affect patients′ noon break,the time to take body temperature could be switched to the forenoon (before 13:00).
