脂肝泰胶囊对高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠血清和肝组织GSH含量及GSH-PΧ活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨脂肝泰胶囊治疗高脂血症性脂肪肝的作用机制。方法 采用高脂饮食喂饲大鼠复制脂肪肝模型 ,实验分为模型组、脂肝泰高剂量组、脂肝泰低剂量组、东宝肝泰对照组和正常对照组。以高、低剂量脂肝泰和东宝肝泰进行干预后测定各组大鼠血清、肝组织中谷胱甘肽 (GSH)的含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PΧ)的活性。结果 各组大鼠血清及肝组织中GSH的含量间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;除正常与脂低组、正常与脂高组、脂低与脂高组的比较外 ,其他各组间的两两比较 ,血清及肝组织中GSH的含量间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。各组大鼠血清及肝组织中GSH -PX的活性间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;除正常与脂高组外 ,其他各组间的两两比较 ,血清及肝组织中GSH -PX的活性间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 脂肝泰胶囊可提高大鼠血清、肝组织中GSH的含量和GSH -PΧ的活性 ,提高机体抗氧化能力。 Objective To explore the possible role of Zhigantai (ZHGT) capsule in the therapy of fatty liver with hyperlipididemia.Methods We duplicated the animal model with high fat diet,divided the groups into model group,high-dose group,low-dose group,Dongbaogantai (DBGT) group as well as control group and normal control group at random.All the treatment groups were intervened by its own medicine,then the GSH & GSH-PΧ contents in the serum and hepatic tissue all groups were tested.Results The GSH & GSH-PΧ contents in the serum and hepatic tissue of the model group were significantly reduced than those in normal control group (P<0 05).Compared with model group,the GSH & GSH-PΧ contents in the serum and hepatic tissue all the treatment groups were increased remarkably(P<0 05).The effect of increasing GSH contents in the serum and hepatic tissue of high-dose group and low-dose group were more better than that of DBGT group(P<0 05).The GSH-PΧ contents increased remarkably in the serum and hepatic tissue of high-dose group than those in low-dose group and DBGT group(P<0 05).Conclusion ZHGT capsule has the effect of increasing the GSH & GSH-PΧ activity remarkably,it shows that the capsule could enhance body′s capability of anti-oxidation.
