腰椎间盘突出症再手术中BAK的应用

The use of BAK in reoperative intervention of lumbar disc herniation

目的 本文报告 8例腰椎间盘突出症再手术治疗使用 BAK作后路植骨融合 ,目的在于明确手术适应征和探讨 BAK在再手术治疗的优点及并发症。方法 对 1998～ 2 0 0 1年 8例腰突症再手术病人的临床资料 ,影像学资料及手术操作进行分析 ,6例为原间隙椎间盘再突出 ,2例为原间隙侧隐窝狭窄。结果 本组病例随访 8- 3 0月 ,全部骨性融合无 BAK移动、脱落、下陷 ,术前症状基本消除。结论 严格掌握手术适应症 ,进行规范操作 ,腰突症再手术中使用 BAK作后路植骨融合是安全。

Objective We reported 8 patients who underwent reoperative treatment of lumbar disc herniation with BAK for posterior interbody fusion ,in order to definite the surgical indications,study the surgical complication and advantage of BAK in the reoperative treatment.Methods Eight patients had reoperation for failed lumbar disc surgery with BAK interbody fusion from 1998 to 2001.Their clinical,radiological,and operative data were reviewed.Six cases were the original interbody disc herniated again,two cases were primary interbody lateral fossa canal was stenosed.Results The following-up period were from 6 months to 30 months,X-rays film showed bony fusion in all cases,no BAK moving,falling off and subsiding.preoperative symptom was gone basically.Conclustion If we followed the surgical indications strictly and had the operation standardly,to use BAK for posterior interbody fusion in the reoperation for lumbar disc herniation.It was safe,the operative effect was outstanding.
