髂肌筋膜间隔综合征7例诊治体会

Diagnosis and treatment of the compartment syndrome of iliacus muscle (a report of 7cases)

目的 探讨髂肌筋膜间隔综合征的诊断和治疗。方法 回顾性分析我院收治的 7例病人 ,1例采用穿刺抽血减压 ,6例采用手术治疗 ,切开髂肌筋膜 ,清除血肿减压 ,均使股神经和股外侧皮神经获得了减压。结果 7例病人通过 12～ 18个月的随访 ,股四头肌肌力、下肢的感觉及膝反射均恢复正常。结论 在伤后 2 4小时内就诊者 ,可试行穿刺抽血减压 ,在伤后 48小时后就诊者 。

Objective discuss the diagnosis and treament of compartment syndrome of iliacus muscle.Methods retrospective analyze the 7 cases,1 case was decompressed by puncture and draw blood;6 cases were decompressed by operation,cut open muscular fasciae,get rid of hematoma.All femoral nerve and lateral femoral cutaneous nerve had decompressed.Results 7 cases had followed-up for 12 to 18 months.The myodynamia of quadriceps femoris muscle,the sensaion of legs and patellar refled regained.Conclusion the wounded clients will be decompressed by puncture and draw blood during within 24 hour;the wounded clients will be decompressed by operation after 48 hour.
