The quick heating principle for pre bend molding special metal netting wire by direct conduct electricity, the mechanical properties of special wire, and the main affect factor to its properties were introduced in this paper. During the quick heating of pre bend molding special cross section steel wire by direct conduct electricity, the determinate principle of some operating parameters such as electric current, voltage and power, were also presented.
