摘要
“九五”期间,通过兴建高效灌溉工程,在一定程度上遏制了水环境恶化的局面,但仍达不到采补平衡和可持续利用。随着社会用水需求量的增加,在“十五”期间加大节水工作力度,使水资源满足社会发展要求,采补平衡,持续利用。
The brilliant achivements and the problems in agricultural water-saving in Jinzhong city during the period of the ninth “Five-Year Plan”are reviewed,and the key tasks which should be done well by hard work and the goals which should be attained in the tenth “Five-Year Plan”are prospected respectively.
