摘要
桑干河是我省的第二大河流,历史上发生过多次大的洪水,给沿河两岸人民造成了很大的灾害。从建国以来一直没有进行过系统的河道治理规划,目前河道行洪标准不足5年一遇。本文通过对桑干河朔州段河道特征及水文进行分析研究,为将来进行系统的河道治理提供决策依据。
In order to provide a basis for making the decision of systematic regulation of Sanggan river in the future,the analysis on the river's characteristics and the hydrology are carried out in Shuozhou stretch of the Sanggan river.The Sanggan river is the second largest river in Shanxi,it has long been out of regulation following a systematic planning.
