摘要
本文从映现和认知域作用的角度对转喻进行界定和分类 ,并在此基础上分析了转喻和语法的相互作用和制约的关系。语法的转喻研究可使我们洞察语法结构内部的思维机制 。
Based on defining and classifying metonymy from the perspective of conceptual mappings and cognitive domains,the paper attempts to analyze the interactions and constraints between metonymy and grammar in general.The metonymic investigation of grammar can provide us with the insights about the cognitive mechanism of internal grammatical structures,thus further bringing to light the relationship between general cognition and linguistic competence.
