摘要
《行政处罚法》、《治安管理处罚条例》等均没有对治安案件受理、立案、销案、中止调查程序做出规定。为了完善调查程序的规定,需对上述程序的内容进行研究。
The Administrative Punishment Act,the Security Administration Punishment Act and other acts have no regulations on proce-dures such as accepting and hearing a case,case-filling,closing a case and suspension of investigation,hence it's necessary to make a study of the above-mentioned contents about procedures in order to perfect the regulations of investigation procedure.
