摘要
基于模糊控制理论 ,对含电流变液夹层板的振动控制进行了仿真和实验研究。通过动态特性实验识别出仿真所需的振动系统动力学参数 ,根据不同电场强度下夹层板实测的频响函数曲线 ,设计出模糊控制律。振动控制的数值仿真及模型实验结果表明 ,用模糊控制方法控制含电流变液夹层板的振动十分有效 ,模糊控制器对振动系统的适应性较强 ,在实际控制时不要求建立系统准确的力学模型 。
Difficulty of modeling electrorheological (ER) fluid makes it difficult to achieve very good control of vibration of sandwich plate filled with ER fluid. We undertook numerical simulations and experiments of active vibration control for a cantilever plate filled with ER fluid. Section 2 gives the measured vibration characteristics of a cantilever sandwich plate; Fig.2 gives the typical frequency response curves for two different external electrical voltages: 0 kV/mm and 3 kV/mm. Fig.2 allows us to draw the conclusion that voltage increase shifts the resonance frequency to a higher frequency while reducing the resonant amplitude. Based on this conclusion, section 3 gives the design of the fuzzy control law. Section 3 also gives the results of active vibration control tests; both simulation results (Fig.5, Fig.6) and experimental results (Fig.7, Fig.8) show that vibration control based on fuzzy control law designed by us is quite effective in controlling vibration of a sandwich plate filled with ER fluid.
