摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法研究了Cd、Cr(VI)单一及复合污染对鲫鱼组织酯酶(Est)同工酶的影响.结果表明,Cd、Cr(VI)单一及复合污染造成的Est同工酶变化都体现在酶的相对量(活性)上,没有发现新酶带的出现;Cd对鲫鱼肝酯酶同工酶带的影响大于Cr(VI),而对脑酯酶同工酶带的影响弱于Cr(VI);Cd、Cr(VI)复合污染显示出协同效应的趋势.
The effect of Cd、Cr(VI) single and combined pollution on esterase isozyme of Carassius auratus, was studied with polyacrylamide coagel electrophoresis technique. The results showed that all the changes of esterase isozymes induced by Cd、Cr(VI) single and combined pollution were embodied in the enzyme quantity (activity), while no new isozyme was found. The effect of Cd on the liver esterase isozyme of Carassius auratus was greater than Cr(VI); and that of brain esterase isozyme was weaker than Cr(VI); and the combined pollution indicated the tendency of synergistic effect.
