摘要
锻压设备力能特性的标定对于检验设备的性能有着重要的意义。镦粗法是标定锻压设备力能特性的实用工程方法。文中提出了一种通过一次打击同时标定锻压设备力能特性的方法 ,并对其原理、试样设计和计算方法进行了理论推导 ;结合对 40 0 0 0 k N热模锻压力机力能特性的标定 ,介绍了标定操作的关键技术。该方法兼顾标定力能特性 。
Present practice in P. R. China for calibrating forging equipment rarely performs energy calibration and occasionally when energy calibration is performed, it is done separately from load calibration. We believe that energy calibration is more important than load calibration for forging equipment and we propose a method for performing load and energy calibration simultaneously. Section 1 explains how to perform energy and load calibrations simultaneously, including necessary data processing and determining suitable dimensions of calibration specimens. Section 2 gives an example of successfully performing energy and load calibrations of a 40 000 kN mechanical press. Section 3 lists six things that should be given special attention when performing calibration.
