摘要 酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPPs)是含有成簇的磷酸丝氨酸生物活性肽,现已证明,CPPs具有重要生理功能。本文介绍CPPs的结构与功能、制备工艺和检测方法,并展望其发展前景。 Casein phosphopeptides(CPPs) are bioactive peptides which contain a cluster of phosphoserine. It has been proved that CPPs have important physiofunction. The structure, function, preparation and detection of CPPs are introduced in this article and its developmental prospects are also looked into the distance.
