摘要
本文用透射电子显微术及能谱分析技术研究了进口A356铸Al基碳化硅质点强化复合材料的显微组织。研究发现,该材料中主要含有α碳化硅、β碳化硅、共晶硅、硅时效序列的GP区以及一种非晶态的Si/Ca化合物,其中,β碳化硅是由薄片沿<110>方向堆砌而成。
The microstructure of SiCp reinforced A356 cast Al metal matrix composite (MMC) has been investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersion analysis, it is found that the MMC contains mainly the α-SiC, β-SiC, eutectic Si, GP Zones of Si series precipitates and a Si/Ca rich amorphous compound, The β-SiC is composed of thin slices stacking along <110> direction.
