热压罐及其相关技术

AUTOCLAVE AND ITS RELATED TECHNIQUE

本文论述了国内外热压罐的应用概况;复合材料固化工艺对热压罐的各种技术要求;示出了一种封闭式热压罐系统模式。同时,还指出热压罐必须遵守的压力容器监检内容。文章最后指出,以不同的动态测试技术和热压罐联机,将开拓出复合材料固化工艺实时控制的新局面。

This paper introduces some applications of the autoclave in China and on abraod, and the technical claims of curing composites and the model autoclave, a closed system, is presented. Meanwhile the speciel inspections and detections of high pressure vessels have been conducted. The monitor of curing process, an on line system, has been fulfilled in the autoclave. The curing process can be controlled and the high quality composites can be made in the system.
