摘要
本文研究了不同β及α+β热处理制度对TC11钛合金组织,室温拉伸性能及低周疲劳矬能的影响,以及TC11钛合金的拉伸塑性与其低周寿命的关系。研究表明,在较小的应变幅下,片状组织与等轴α组织的低周疲劳寿命(Nf)的差别相对减小。此时,合金的拉伸塑性对Nf的影响较小。各种组织的TC11钛合金均呈现循环软化现象。对于钛盘或其它高温工作的零件,使用片状组织比使用等轴α组织更为有利。
The influence of different regimes of heat treatment on the structure, tensile properties and low cycle fatigue properties of TC11 titanium alloy, and the relation of tensile ductility with Nt of this alloy have studied in this paper. The resuits show that the difference of low cycle fatigue life (N_f) between plate-like and equiaxed structure is diminished during decrease in amplitude of strain, and if the amplitude of strain is minor, the effects of ductility on N_f is little. In the process of fatigue the plate-like and equiaxed structure all appear as cyclic softening character. Plate-like structure selection for construction material of titanium discs and other parts working in high temperature is preferable to equiaxed structure.
