摘要
本文通过合理强化和工艺途径,解决了铬基合金室温塑性低的技术关键,研制成功高塑性铬基铸造合金K25和某发动机合金加力点火分流器精铸件。K25合金加力点火分流器在发动机上经422小时长期试车考核,零件无变化,可继续使用,并已投入批量生产。该合金的研制成功填补了国内高熔点铬基铸造高温合金空白。
A Cr-base cast superalloy K25 for reheat igniter diverter of aeroengines has been developed. It was shown that K25 alloy possesses high melting temperature, high elestic modulus and low density. Its oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue property is excellent, the alloy without any coating may serve at 1600℃ for shorter term and may be serviced for long time at alternating temperature of 700℃. K25 alloy's composition is simpler, hence the cost is lower. The igniter made from K25 alloy for a aeroengine has been engine-tested for 422 h, but the componet is not still be failed and may serve the engine continueously. It is proved that the igniter made from K25 alloy has much longer life than that from ZGH30, a being previously used alloy.
