摘要
知识经济时代的管理观是关注人的主体能动性发挥的创新哲学,这是其与古典管理理论、新古典管理理论和现代管理理论三个阶段管理观的根本区别,也是后现代管理时代降临的重要标志。以知识为中心的管理论、谋求主动和适应的组织论以及现实化的人本管理,不仅反映着知识管理的三大本质要求,而且也预示着知识经济时代管理实践的变革方向。
Postmodern management in the age of knowledgebased economy depends on the new concept of the return to the subject. It is fundamentally different from those of the previous three forms of management: the classic, the neoclassic and the modern. There are three salient features with respect to postmodern management: the central position of the knowledgebased management, initiativetaking and flexible policy in the institutional structure, and the pragmatic and mancentered approach to solving problems. It marks a new stage of management in the age of knowledgebased economy.
