本文对大学英语课堂教学模式进行了新的探索和尝试,着重讨论了语篇教学的理论依据和教学策略,指出语篇教学的目的是培养学生具有在语篇水平上进行交际的能力.

In this article,the author probed and tried a new teaching method to col lege English and discussed its theory and teaching strategy as well. In a conclusion,the purpose of teaching English is to help students develop their ability to communicate with English.
