Investigations on Book-collection by Preceding Bibliophiles in Zhenjiang

本文通过钩稽史志,寻访耆旧,对镇江自古代以来95位藏书家故实进行了考述,望能有助于我国藏书史的研究。

With a careful examination of historical documents and annals and the conduct of personal visits and interviews with the current bibliophiles in Zhenjiang, this paper attempts to make a detailed study of the terrain of bookcollection by previous 95 bibliophiles in the city. The findings of investigation may be an important part of the history of Chinese book collection.
