摘要
哈维·莱宾斯坦 (H .Leibenstein)在研究企业垄断问题时提出了X低效率理论 ,在图书馆工作中也存在着X低效率 ,工作人员的积极性没有有效地激发。正确运用激励机制是解决图书馆X低效率问题的有效手段。在图书馆行业中仍存在着激励认识误区 。
It is Leibenstein who first proposed the x-efficiency (or low efficiency) principles in his study of business monopoly. He discovers that x-efficiency results from the lack of enthusiasm of the workers. Likewise, a proper motivational system is assumed to be also the effective solution to the x-efficiency in library management. However, there are still misunderstandings of motivational system, requiring proper strategies to solve the problems.
