摘要
20世纪80年代以来世界服务贸易快速增长,其增长速度高于商品贸易。我国要抓住机遇发展服务贸易,首先必须实现服务贸易管理制度与WTO服务贸易规则接轨。本文从WTO服务贸易的一般规则的角度,分析了我国现行服务贸易管理体制与之冲突之处,以及产生冲突的制度原因,并探讨了实现对接的途径。
World Service Trade has been developed very fast since 1980s,its growing rate is higher than goods trade.Before we grasp this developing opportunity of service trade,our service trade management systems be compatible with WTO service trade rule.From the point of view of WTO general rule,the conflict of present service trade management systems of our country to WTO,and the system reasons of this conflict are analyzed.
