摘要
本文通过对合肥美菱公司140名知识型员工的满意度现状进行调查与分析,总结归纳了合肥美菱公司知识型员工的四个需求特征,并在调查的基础上,分析探讨了西方传统的激励理论在管理实践中遇到的挑战。
The author investigates and analyzes the satisfaction situation of the 140 knowldge workers in Hefei Meiling Co.Ltd and summed up four demand characteristics of the knowledge workers in Hefei Meiling Co.Ltd.. On the basis of investigation data,the author analyzes the challenges that the traditional motivation theories encounters in the management practices.
