基于技术与市场的跨国集成创新模式——跨国公司与我国大学、科研机构的技术合作分析

Technology Based and Market Based Multinational Integrated Innovation Modes--An analysis of the Technological Cooperation between Multinational Companies and Chinese Universities and Research Institutions

本文从参与集成创新主体的角度,探讨跨国公司与中国大学、科研机构合作中的战略和运作形式的选择依据。在对清华大学与跨国公司技术合作总体特征分析的基础上,提出基本假设,而后以案例为基础,深入探讨合作中跨国公司的战略目标与合作双方关系特征之间的关系,对假设进行检验,得出基本结论。

With a perspective of integrated innovation the paper inquires into the strategy and running modes of the cooperation between multinational companies and Chinese universities and research institutions.The proposition is based on the analysis of the overall condition of technological cooperation between Tsinghua University and multinational companies.Taking the cases of three cooperation projects as examples the paper discusses the relationships between strategic objectives and the characteristics of cooperation.After testing the theoretical proposition the paper draws a conclusion.
